1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of kazletterinvitation.com and any Letter of Invitation or related travel-documentation assistance that Novango LLP agrees in writing to provide under the Kaz Letter Invitation name. “You” means the website visitor, enquirer or client.
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a service agreement. A service arrangement begins only when the scope, price and material conditions are communicated to you and both sides confirm that work may proceed. If a written quotation, invoice or service confirmation conflicts with these general terms, the more specific written terms should control for that engagement, subject to applicable law.
These terms should be read together with the written quotation, invoice or service confirmation for your request and our Refund Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law take priority where they cannot be varied by agreement.
2. Nature and scope of our support
We are an independent private travel support company based in Kazakhstan. Depending on the agreed scope, we may:
- explain information commonly required for a Kazakhstan Letter of Invitation request;
- review information and documents you provide for apparent omissions or inconsistencies;
- prepare or coordinate invitation-related administrative documentation; and
- provide practical communication and travel-documentation support.
The exact deliverables for your case should be stated in our written confirmation. We do not act as a government authority, embassy or consulate, do not issue visas, and do not provide legal or immigration representation unless this is expressly agreed and lawfully permitted.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing complete, current and accurate personal, passport, citizenship, residence, trip and contact information;
- checking names, passport numbers, dates and other material details before documents are submitted or used;
- responding to reasonable requests for clarification or additional documents in time;
- ensuring that documents and information you provide are genuine and that you are entitled to provide them;
- complying with applicable travel, visa, immigration, health, customs and entry rules; and
- checking current requirements with the appropriate authority before travelling.
You must not use the website or our assistance for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes. We may pause or decline work if required information is missing, inconsistent or appears unlawful, or if continuing would expose us or another person to legal or security risk.
4. Processing times and authority decisions
Any timeframe we provide is an estimate based on information available at the time. Timing may change because of citizenship, residence, travel purpose, document completeness, holidays, third-party systems, workloads, requests for additional information or decisions by the relevant authorities. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, a stated timeframe is not a guaranteed deadline.
Government authorities and other independent bodies control visa, immigration, invitation acceptance and entry decisions. We cannot direct those decisions and do not guarantee that an invitation, visa, approval, appointment, border entry or any other outcome will be issued or accepted. Purchasing assistance does not improve or guarantee the legal merits of an application.
You should avoid non-refundable travel commitments until you have independently confirmed the documents and permissions required for your trip.
5. Service fees, third-party charges and payment
Our service fee and the work it covers should be shown in a written quotation, invoice or confirmation before payment. Unless that document expressly states otherwise, government charges, consular fees, translations, notarisation, courier costs, banking or card-provider charges and other third-party costs are separate from our service fee.
Payment methods, currency, any applicable taxes, the payment due date and the point at which work begins will be stated in the written quotation, invoice or service confirmation supplied for your request. Do not rely on an oral statement about price or inclusions that conflicts with that written information.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Requests to change names, dates, passport details or the service scope can require rework or new third-party charges. Whether a change can be made, and any resulting cost, depends on the stage reached and the rules of the relevant third party or authority.
If you wish to request cancellation, contact us in writing so that both sides have a record of the request. Any refund is assessed under our Refund Policy, taking account of the work already completed and non-refundable government, third-party or payment costs. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law cannot be excluded by these terms.
7. Communications and privacy
We may communicate using the email address, telephone number or WhatsApp account you provide. You are responsible for monitoring that channel and telling us promptly if your details change. Email and messaging platforms can experience delays or security risks outside our control.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles personal information, enquiry attribution details and security records.
8. Website content and intellectual property
Website content is general information and may not reflect a recent change in government or carrier requirements. You should verify current rules with the responsible authority. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content without promising continuous availability.
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original branding, text, layout and code are owned by or licensed to Novango LLP. You may use the site for your personal enquiry but may not reproduce or exploit substantial content, interfere with security, submit malicious code or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
9. Responsibility and limits of liability
We are responsible for providing an agreed support service with reasonable care, subject to the confirmed scope and applicable law. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, refusals, system failures or rule changes of government bodies, embassies, consulates, carriers, payment providers or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, missed travel or non-refundable bookings resulting from a decision or delay outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by you, or your failure to verify current travel requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protection.
10. Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, while any mandatory protections that apply to a customer remain unaffected. Jurisdiction and the available dispute process will be determined under applicable law; these terms do not require a consumer to waive a forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
